Our Contained Search model offers the best of both worlds – a fully committed and transparent recruiting model and a fee that is predominantly deferred to the end of the hiring process.

Our approach to Contained Search is simple, affordable, and highly effective:

  1. Partner with a talented Account Executive who will work with you to define parameters and goals for a successful search.
  2. Execute a Contained Search Fee Agreement and make a 20% (???) deposit against the estimated placement fee.
  3. Engage with the Assigned Search Specialist who will partner with you through the hiring process and make sure we’re delivering exactly what you’re looking for in a technology executive.
  4. Receive weekly search updates, status reports, and profile reviews as we iterate towards an ideal candidate and successful hire.
  5. Select your new technology executive and close out the search process

Not only is our model exceptionally effective, but our Contained Search clients also enjoy the peace of mind that comes with a 120 Day (???) Unconditional Guarantee – if the applicant doesn’t work out in the first 120 days – for any reason – we’ll find a replacement or refund the contingency portion of our fee.
